Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into between North of Zero Pty. Ltd. t/a Never FT ("Company") and the user ("User") of the sports management software provided by Company ("Software").

Use of Software: User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the purpose of managing live soccer matches and competitions. Restrictions on Use: User shall not, and shall not allow any third party to, (a) copy, modify, or distribute the Software, (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, (c) create derivative works based on the Software, (d) rent, lease, or sublicense the Software, or (e) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property: User acknowledges that the Software and all intellectual property rights therein are the property of Company and its licensors. User shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in or on the Software.

Liability: User acknowledges that Company is providing the Software for free and assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or other issues arising from the use of the Software. User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, damages, or liability arising from or related to User's use of the Software.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The Software is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Termination: Company may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, User shall immediately cease all use of the Software.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. By using the Software, User acknowledges that they have read and fully understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
